Stamp Set Showcase Week 8 (7)

Well here we are ... the end of another Stamp Set Showcase week.

And the final Gorgeous Grunge card make for this week is similar, but equally different to yesterdays project. It was made for one of my Brothers Wedding Anniversary.

This card is a biggy, needing an A5 card blank, but the main panel is the same size as an A6 card, but with three layers

It uses the Kinda Eclectic stamp set again, but using a different combination of the Gorgeous Grunge stamps, and there is a littlepaper  piercing too. The card is finished with an amazing stamp from the From My Heart stamp set

You will need to begin with an A5 Whisper White card blank

Trim a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 10.5cms x  14.8cms

Take a piece of Tangerine Tango cardstock cardstock and trim to 15.3cms x 11cms

Take a piece of  Pumpkin Pie cardstock and trim it to 15.8cms x 11.5cms

Take a piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock and trim it to 16.3cms x 12cms

Mount the coloured pieces of cardstock on top of one another using a smidgen of Tombow MP Glue in this order:

Tangerine Tango

Pumkin Pie

Daffodil Delight

This gives a lovely sunshine halo around the card.

Take the Whisper White piece of cardstock, which you randomly  stamping with the following stamps & Inks:

Fine Splatter in Coastal Cabana ink

Large Splatter stamp in Pool Party

Starburst in Daffodil Delight

Chevron using Tempting Turquoise

Mount this stamped cardstock onto your Tempting Tango Layered panels. Wrap around  some 5/8" Whisper White Organza Ribbon

Now you are going to Stamp your Sentiment using Night of Navy ink onto Whisper White cardstock.

Die cut using the best fit Die from the Window Frames Framelits Die Collection

Get your Stampin  Pierce Mat, and  your Paper-Piercing Tool and punch holes around the sentiment using the Festive Paper Piercing templates

Use your Stampin Sponges and some Pool Party ink, sponge the outer border of the sentiment, including the pierced holes and the edges of the sentiment.

Mount the topper  onto the layered cardstock using Stampin Dimensionals on the reverse.

Mount the layered cardstock onto the A45 card blank (including the topper).

Add a few basic Rhinestones and job done.
