HOLIDAY HOME
DAY FIVE

Good Day to you all
Well I hope you have all had a good day?
The weather has been awuful Thunder Storms, leaf litter everywhere and almost all the trees in the garden have dropped their leaves in the last 24 hours. Guttering overflowing due to the amount of leaves in them
So Autumn is here, and before we know it there will be snow!
And that is just what is happening in todays card ...

Let it Snow Let It Snow Let It Snow!
And don't you just LOVE this little snowman?

Begin by creating your card blank by trimming a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 14.8cms x 21 cms
Score the long side at 10.5cms.
Fold along the score line and burnish the fold using your bone folder. Put the card blank to one side.

Next you need to trim your layers to size as follows:

Bermuda Bay cardstock to 10cms x 13cms

Soft Sky cardstock to 9.5cms x 12.5cms

Whisper White cardstock to 9cms x 12cms

Take the Whisper White panel, and start stamping.
Begin by creating a mask to create a void where you want your house to be.
Stam the house of your choice onto a Post It Note, ensuring you stamp covers the adhesive strip of the Post It Note. Cut out the house and place the stamped post it note where you want your house to be on the card front.
Now for the snowdrifts
Cut some curves from a piece of scrap cardstock.
Take a sponge dauber and Smokey Slate ink pad
Place your curved cardstock onto the Whisper White panel, and using the sponge dauber that has been inked from the Smokey Slate ink pad, use circular motion beginning on the scrap of cardstock and onto the white panel add ink. Move the curve creating different angles, repeat this process until you have enough snow drifts.
Leaving the stamped Post It Note in place, and now take the Christmas Tree in the stamp set, and stamp a Tree in Smokey Slate ink.
Now take the teeny snowflake stamp and randomly stamp the snowflake stamp over the white panel.
Lastly, stamp your Christmas Sentiment using Bermuda Bay ink.

Remove the Post It Note and stamp your House in Black Memento Ink
Then whilst it is drying, stamp that cheeky little snowman also in Black  Memento Ink

Now to colour in the hourse. Take your Coastal Cabana Blendabilities Assortment pen set.

Begin by using the lightest pen in the assortment and colour in the house.
The use the medium and dark pens in the assortment pack to create light and shade & depth to the house.
Take the Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities Assortment pens and using the dark pen in the pack, paint a few Basic Pearls with the darkest pen in the cherry cobbler assortment.
Stamp the Wreath onto a crap of cardstock in Old Olive ink
Apply a Stampin Dimensional sticky fixer to the back of the wreath
Add the coloured Basic Pearls to create contrast.
Layer p the white panel onto the Soft Sly Panel and then onto the Bermuda bay oanel Bay panel
