Stamp Set Showcase Week 16 (3) Bright & Beautful

Welcome to another day of

BRIGHT & BEAUTIFUL

Stamp Set

And today is a similar technique that you will probably have seen already, i.e. triple stamping. This card uses a few less layers but the visual effect is similar.

Begin by making your 6" (15cm) square card blank by trimming a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 15cms x 30 cms, Score the long side at 15cms, fold and burnish the fold using your bone folder.
Next, Trim a piece of that wonderful and lush Under the Tree Designer Series Paper (DSP) to 14.5cms x 14.5 cms. Adhere to the card blank using a little Tombow Multipurpose Glue.

Next, trim a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 14cms x 14cms

Then you will need  your Window Framelits and select the framelit with the diameter of 11cms, and die cut from the reverse side of the of the piece of Under the Tree DSP you used for the first layer.
Now die cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock from the next size down Window framelit (9.3cms diameter).

Put the DSP  Die Cut Window to one side

App;y a little SNAIL Adhesive to the reverse side of the Whisper White Die cut window, and dab your finger onto the adhesive a few times to remove most of the tackiness of the adhesive, and then place this cardstock centrally onto the square of Whisper White cardstock - adhesive side down. there should be enough of the adhesive left to keep the window in place whilst you stamp.
.Using the large star stamp in the Bright & Beautiful stamp set, and ink it up with Soft Suede ink. Randomly stamp around the edges of the cardstock, allowing the star to fall onto the Die Cut Window on places. Clean the stamp and now stamp a few more large stars in Marina Most ink
Infill any gaps in the outside frame using the small star stamp and Crumb Cake ink.
Remove the die cut window. If you removed enough of the adhesive on the back of this panel, there will be no damage to the cardstock.

Now for some Heat Embossing

Take the Bright & Beautiful Sentiment Stamp and ink it up with Versamark ink and then ink it up with Soft Suede ink and stamp into your die cut window. Sprinkle with Clear Embossing Powder and, gently remove the excess and then give a good flick with your finger on the reverse side to remove any residual powder. Use your Heat Tool to melt the embossing powder.
Apply stampin dimensionals in each corner of the frame, Layer this onto the Under the Tree die cut window. Feed a piece of 5/8" Gold Satin ribbon between and behind the 2 layers and tie a bow.
Apply dimensionals to the reverse side of the Under the Tree DSP Window and mount the layered topper onto the card blank.

Finish with a bit of sparkle but die cutting the smallest star in the Stars Framelits Collection using Gold Glimmer Cardstock.
Then puch a few teeny stars from Gold Glimmer Cardstock using star punch in the Bitty Accents Punch Pack, attach to the finished card using a combination of Mini Glue Dots and and Stampin Dimensionals,
