Sale A Bration 2015 Week 10 Day 3

Today I have another Painted PEtals Stamp Set for you today
And in this card I took a little time to look outside the box and come up with a way of showing you how versatile the stamp set is:

I wanted to make a 6" square Card, and rather liked the look of the little tulip stamp in the stamp set, but it would have been swamped on too large a canvas

And that is how I came up with todays card.
I have double layered the card with Whisper White Cardstock.

This is a two Step Stamp Set, with seperate flower stems and flowers. Being a Photo-polymer stamp set, it is really easy to place the stamps when using masking or two step stamp sets. No need for a Stamp-a-,Ma-Jigg
I began by stamping the larger stem stamps horizontally and vertically making a hash pattern with Baked Brown Sugar ink.
I then stamped the dotty stamp in the set, and used Marina Mist ink to overstamp the top section of the Hash pattern I have made.
Next, stamp the small stems using Pear Pizzazz ink, Then stamp the tulip heads in a combination of Calypso Coral and So Saffron inks, Then Stamp the sentiment of your choice in the top Left Hand Corner.
Now you need your Big Shot or Texture Boutique and Dry emboss both top corners on the stamped card front using the Spring Flowers TIEF.
Wrap  around a piece of Pear Pizzazz Cotton Ribbon. Add a small button from the Subtles Designer Button Pack, thread with  a piece of Linen Thread and use a couple of glue dots to adhere the button to the card front.
Now layer the card up using Stampin Dimensionals between each layer to create that all important three dimensionals look.
Add Stampin Dimensionals to the back of the layered up card front and attach to a 6" Square card front.

I hope todays project has given you a little inspiration ...
