Sale A Bration 2015 Week 10 Day 4

Birthdays and Cake, what a Perfect Combination.
Such a shame we only celebrate in style once a year! he he

I don't know about you, but March is full of Birthday Celebrations, and so I have been kept busy creating!
I have also bee spending much more time using My Digital Studio,
The reason is because I go in to have my Spinal Cord Stimulation removed and a newer version being inserted on 2nd April.
Now I have really been struggling with my pain, and as a result, I am not working at my usual pace, mostly because sleep doesn't come easily when consumed by pain from the waste down 24/7
And as you will know, if you follow my blog regularly, I do post daily with a different card creation aimed to show off Stampin Up's wonderful products, and give you some inspiration for your own card making ... at least that is the aim.
However, I know from the barbaric, medieval torture  I have to go through to get my new SCS, that my pain levels will go up before they return to my "normal" state. So I thought, during that time I might sjust get really well aquainted with MDS, and share the projects with you in the form of free JPEGS (if you email me at kim@stampinupatthewarren.com, and I will sent you the projects.
I tend to print off the finished card, but also copy the individual components, print them off onto Whisper White Cardstock and use the elements to make a standard 3-dimensional card.

What do you think? Does this sound like a good plan? Leave me a message with your comments.

Now, before I give you the run down on today's card, I have some very sad news for some of  you. The Blendabilities Alcohol Markers range has been withdrawn.  I know, dreadful!
Stampin Up! did not make this decision lightly, but there were some quality issues that caused some markers to evaporate faster than expected. And whilst most of the Markers will have none of these issues, they felt it more prudent to withdraw the range for the foreseeable future

Now there are other techniques that can give you some fabulous colouring solutions, such as the Stampin Write Markers, Blender Pen, Aqua Painters, sponging etc.
BUT
Do not despair because

Stampin Up has released FOUR new SAB exclusive Products for you to choose from, including an In Colour Accessory Pack, 2 stamp Sets, and a Printed Vellum pack
Great Additions, I'm sure you will agree?

I did have this SAB exclusive stamp that you can earn free of charge if you place a qualifying order of £45, or more via my online store, But given this week announcement on the Blendability Alcohol Markers, I decided to make this one where I have used the Stampin In Colour 2014 -2016 Stampin Write Markers, with a little sponging added in for good measure.

I have also used the Alphabet Press Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (TIEF)

The featured Stamp Set is ...FOR BEING YOU.

Stamped the Celevrate your Big Day With Cake using  Black Stazon ink (to prevent colour from the markers bleeding outside the image), and then colour them in. I used the markers in a random manner with a different colour for each letter,
The card front was spinges with Hello Honey, Blackberry Bliss, & Mossy Meadow classic ink pads and stampin sponges.
