Todays card has been CASED from the Impressions Magazine. This magazine is exclusive to Stampin Up Demonstrators and has loads of ideas plus extra projects via the Demonstrator Website.

I have changed up this card, my way. I was attracted to this project by the way they used the Petal Potpourri Stamp to create a lace edge by Heat Embossing onto White Vellum.

The sentiment Stamp is from the Because You Care Stamp Set

Begin by trimming a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 14.3 cms  x 10 cms

Stamp the 'I Seriously Love You! stamp in the top right corner of the Whisper White panel using Soft Suede ink.

Next trim a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock to the same size, and cut away a corner of the Crumb Cake Cardstock as shown in the above photo.

Stamp the Crumb Cake cardstock with the smallest stamp in the Petal Potpourri stamp set using Crumb Cake ink.

Adhere the Crumb Cake cardstock to the Whisper White panel using a small amount of Tombow Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue

Next, you are going to do some heat embossing using the lacey stamp from the Petal Potpourri Stamp Set

Stamp 3 of the flowers onto White Vellum using Versamark Ink.

Dust with White Embossing Powder. Gently shake off any excess powder and heat set with a Heat Tool.. Punch out each lace flower with the Medallion Flower Punch Cut each Flower in half using your Paper Snips. Ahere these along the diagonal line of the Crumb Cake panel using Glue Dots, overlapping the flowers as you go.

Run a strip of Sticky Strip along the diagonal edge and attach a piece of the Rich Razzleberry  Lace and the Blackberry Bliss Velvet Ribbon (in the Artisan Embellishment Kit) over the Sticky Strip.

And there you go, a fairly quick card and a pretty one at that. Change it up with different colour schemes and different sentiment stamps and you have a timeless template for a great card.
