Table built using Product Table Builder by The Crafty Owl - Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.

Today's card is made using Washi Tape, A Background Stamp, your sentiment stamp of choice and the small flower from the Petal Potpourri Stamp Set.
I have used the Brigths Classic Ink Pads for the flowers (Melon Mambo, Rich Razzelberry & Daffodil Delight)

Begin by creating your Mock Flok Background using a patterned background stamp and Whisper White Craft Ink. Once the ink has dried, you can over-stamp this background using a solid stamp (i.e. no pattern) and the coloured ink pads from the Brights Collection.
Begin by trimming a piece of Whisper White Cardstock to size,
Now for that Mock Flock technique ... simply follow the tutorial link above.
Then come back for the next bit of the tutorial.

I used a combnation of Washi Tape for an accent rather than Designer Series Papers (DSP); Sweet Dreams and Stacked With Love ... both are from the Spring /Summer Seasonal Catalogue.
Stamp your sentiment onto Whisper White Cardstock using Black Stazon Ink and die cut using the Apothecary Accents Die as shown. Sponge the label, attach Stampin Dimensionals to the reverse and attach to your card front. Mat your card front onto a slightly larger panel of Whisper White Cardstock and finally, mount onto your White Card Blank.
