Stamping at The Warren: In Colour Zoo Babies

In Colour Zoo Babies

The card I am sharing today is one for a Baby Shower or New Baby

ZOO BABIES

is just a gloriously wonderful stamp set

I decided to go away from the usual pastels

instead I have gone with the 2015-2017 In Colours of

Mint Macaron

Delightful Dijon

& Tip Top Taupe

And I thought it would be fun to go with an effect of a Playroom Pin Board

Including scribbles linking the images.

I began by creating an A6 card base using Mint Macaron Cardstock

Next I Trimmed a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 4mm shorter and narrower than the card base and attached this to the card base using Fast Fuse Adhesive.

Using the Tip Top Taupe Stampin Marker with the fine tip, I drew scribbles onto the cardstock.

Then I stamped images of the Rhino, Elephant, Giraffe, and Monkey using a combination of the In Colour Classic Ink Pads, onto Whisper White Cardstock.

These were trimmed to size and mat (layered) onto the same colour cardstock, as I used for the images.

Next, you need to decide the layout of the card, overlapping some, obscuring others etc, And attach them to the card front using a combination of Fast Fuse Adhesive and Stampin Dimensionals.

Finally, stamp the sentiment using tip Top Taupe Classic Ink Pad onto a scrap of Whisper White Cardstock, and punch using the Washi Label Punch.

Punch two more of the Washi Labels from Delightful Dijon Cardstock

Add these to the centre of the card, overlapping them in a jog saw fashion, using Stampin Dimensionals.
